 HOW TO MAINTAIN HEALTHY FRIENDSHIPS. 1.Normalize constant check ups. 2. Make plans with your friends oftenly.  It may be just a casual hang out but it definitely means a lot to some people.  3. Choose to love each other even in moments you feel like you struggle with each other.  4. Support each other. Incredible things happen when you uplift each other.  5. Surround yourself with people who love and care about you. Not just people who say it.  6. Remember the art of gift giving.  It may be a tiny gift such as a necklace but it will hold quite a lot of memories.

Positive mindsets help us achieve quite a lot milestones in life. Positive mindsets usually starts with self talk. This usually happens when we choose to speak to ourselves words of affirmations despite what situations and challenges we may be facing at a particular time.Self talk is an endless stream of of unspoken thoughts that run through your head.
